Due to expansion of our operations, for our office in Skopje we are looking for Real Estate Broker. Responsibilities
- Work with corporate clients in regrades to various lease and sales transaction
- Generate and secure client relationships for the firm
- Generate new leads, pre-sale support
- "Doing the deal" - proposing, negotiating, closing
- Transaction Management
- Develop and maintain working relationships with industry professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, sales, business development or related field
- Be exceedingly ambitious, and integrate easily within a team
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Driving license
- A flexible ‘client only’ attitude
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships, internally and externally, creating a network of contacts
Certificates and/or Licenses
- Any kind of sales experience could be considered as a plus
